How to Grant Client Portal User Permissions for Core and Contra

Objectives:

• Grant CP users permissions for specific request types

Steps:

Admin users can grant Client Portal users specific permissions for Core or Contra, allowing you to decide whether a CP user can view matter requests, contract requests, or both.

1. Navigate to Settings → Client Portal → Manage Clients.

2. Apply Permissions
 You can apply permissions to a new client or edit an existing client's access.

 Click on the client's name to open the edit page.

3. Set Access Type
   Under the Access Type section, grant the client the necessary permissions to access Core, Contra, or both request types.

Below is an example of a Client Portal page displaying only Core requests.
