- Configurer l'intégration entre LEXZUR et DocuSign.
Etapes
Dans LEXZUR, vous pouvez configurer l'intégration entre LEXZUR Contrats/Documents et DocuSign.
Créer une application DocuSign
Passons directement à la création de votre compte de développeur dans DocuSign.
- Aller vers https://account-d.docusign.com
- Cliquez sur « Pas de compte ? Inscrivez-vous gratuitement »Go to https://account-d.docusign.com
- Activer votre compte
- Connectez-vous via https://account-d.docusign.com
- Allez dans Paramètres
- Faites défiler vers le bas et cliquez sur « Apps and Keys » dans le menu de gauche
- Cliquez sur le bouton « Add APP & Integration Key » (Ajouter une application et une clé d'intégration)
- Nommez votre application puis cliquez sur « Add API Integration Key"»
- Cliquez sur « ADD secret key » (gardez la sélection par défaut « Authorization Code Grant »)
- Connectez-vous à votre instance LEXZUR et accédez à l'option « Configuration “ sous ” Préférences du système » sur la page des paramètres.
- Copiez votre « Clé d'intégration » et collez-la dans la « Clé d'intégration DocuSign » sous l'onglet Intégration DocuSign.
- Copiez votre « Clé secrète » et collez-la dans le « Secret de la clé d'intégration DocuSign » sous l'onglet Intégration DocuSign.
- Copiez ce lien « https://account-d.docusign.com » et collez-le dans « Serveur de connexion » sous l'onglet Intégration DocuSign.
- Enregistrer tout .
- Retournez à l'application que vous avez créée dans DocuSign, et dans les Paramètres supplémentaires, ajoutez 2 URI (votre instance URL puis modules/contrat/docusign_integration/call_back & votre instance URL puis modules/customer-portal/docusign_integration/call_back).
- Sauvegarder
Pour passer au compte de production, procédez comme suit :
Notez que vous devez disposer d'un compte payant
- Allez dans les paramètres de votre instance LEXZUR, cliquez sur le lien « Intégration de Docusign » dans la section Contrats et documents.
- Allez sur https://account-d.docusign.com et connectez-vous
- Allez à « Apps and Keys » dans le menu de gauche.
- Cliquez sur les actions de l'application que vous avez créée et choisissez « View API Dashboard » (voir le tableau de bord de l'API)
- You should see there are more than 20 successful total requests (This may take up to 5 minutes)
- Go back to "Apps and Keys"
- Click on the Actions for your created application and choose "View API Dashboard"
- The Go-live status will be changed to "Submit for Review"
- Click on the Actions for your created application and choose "Start Go-Live Review " then "Submit For Review" (it will take up to 20 minutes)
- The Go-live status will be changed to "Review Pending"
- Check the status after 20 minutes, it should become "Review passed". Now you have to Promote to Production.
- Click on the Actions for your created application and choose "Review Results"
- Click on "Select Production Account"
- A new dialog will open, login in with your production account (paid one), and wait till your application is reviewed and approved.
- The Go-live status will be changed to "Pending Approval" and the review may take up to 48 hours
- After that go to the "Setup & Configuration" under "System Preferences" on the Settings page
- Change the "Login server" under the DocuSign Integration tab to "https://account.docusign.com"
- Log in with your paid account using the link https://account.docusign.com
- Copy your "Integration Key" and paste it into the "DocuSign integration key" under the DocuSign Integration tab
- Add a secret key then copy your "Secret Key" and paste it into "DocuSign integration key's secret" under the DocuSign Integration tab
- Add 2 URIs (your instance URLs then modules/contract/docusign_integration/call_back & your instance URLs then modules/customer-portal/docusign_integration/call_back)
- Save
