StepsProcedure
In App4LegalLEXZUR, you can activate/Deactivate the taxes and discountsenable discounts on invoices at different invoice levels. You can do this from the Money Module → Accountant → Billing Module → Advanced → Settings.
From the Money invoices section, click on the " Setup & Configuration"Discounts" to add discounts to the invoice.
From the "Activate Discount in Invoices"this page, you can activate/deactivate Discount in the invoices.
From the "Activate Taxes", you can activate/ deactivate taxes in the invoices.
In App4Legal, Taxes and discounts can be added from the Money Settings.
From the invoices section, click on "Taxes" to add taxes to the invoice and click on "Discounts" to add discounts to the invoice.
Taxes can be added from the "Add new Invoice Tax". It can also be edited.
Discounts can be added from the " Add New Discount". It can be edited also.
view and edit any discount from the list and add a new one.
Discounts can be added from the "Add New Discount" hyperlink. There are 3 mandatory fields, so name the discount, specify the percentage, and give it a description.
To enable discounts, click on "Discount in Invoices", you have the option to enable it at the Item level, Invoice level, or both, and you can also choose a discount account.
You can always change the discount options while creating the invoice as well.
