• Insert a Contact Person in the data basedatabase

Steps

You can add Contacts Persons to App4Legal LEXZUR through the quick Add button quick Create button in the main menu of the application or through or the plus button on the contact person grid.

There are 3 required fields:

Category: The relation between the contact person and the law firm/Legal department, a standard list of values including Client, Opponent, Partner

Other fields are optional:

Sub-Category: A customizable list of values, to further define the relation with this contact person ex: Internal Client

Company group: You can add company groups into App4legalLEXZUR.

You can add the contactperson's job title and phone number.

If you click on More fieldsContact Info,  you can choose if the contact is a lawyer or an in-house Lawyer, add the website. From Address, you can set the address information, the reference number: if you have a numbering that is used to using in the office it can be entered here, n. Nationality, foreign first and last name, date of birth, and ID number , and a commentcan be specified from Personal Details.

Then press save.Image Removed Save. The new Person will be added to the person grid.
