2. From the Main System:
Core or Contract Contra users can share any matter, case, or contract with watchers when sending them to the requester.
For example open the contract page, click on the three dots option on the top right, and select "Show in Client Portal."
You must first specify the requester, and then you can add additional Client Portal user as watcher by searching for the name and including it.
from the main system as well:
Open a matter/case page for example, then under the People section you'll find a Watcher field (if the matter is shared with the Client Portal).
Search for the Watcher name and add it.
