Steps
To access the client portal, where you can submit requests and track their progress with the legal team, you need to first obtain the Client Portal URL shared by the administrator. Administrators can add client portal users and invite them to join. Clients who receive the link and credentials can log in to the client portal using their provided email. From there, they can either set up their accounts or sign up as new users if they don't have an account

Steps
In Lexzur, you can use the Client Portal, either by logging in or signing up.
Logging in:
To log in to access the client portal, The administrator has to add you as a client portal user.
This could be done by going to the System Settings → Manage Clients
You can add a new client either from the Add Client hyperlink or from the Actions button.
simply open the Client Portal link and log in using your credentials.
You can also reset your password in case you forgot it.

All you have to do now is to add a password to your account. Then, you'll be able to is set up your account and access the client portal.
Signing up:
In Lexzur, a client If you're a new client, you can directly sign up for a and create your client portal account. The administrator should share the client portal URL with him/her. The URL can be found in the Manage Clients page.
Once accessing the portal through the URL, you'll have the option to sign up by clicking on the Sign-Up hyperlink.
All you have to do now is to fill the mandatory fields Fill out the general information, create a password, and sign up.

Moreover, if users forgot their passwords, they're now able to change it from the client portal directly.
