Watchers are client portal users with whom requester you can share their requests with, which means they will be visible to them requests (matters and contracts). This enables them to track and view these requests directly from their client portal account.

You can search for watchers using either their Name, username, or emails.
Similarly, the legal team can specify the watchers while sharing a matter/contract with the client portal.
Therefore, from the matter/contract page, choose the "Show in Client Portal" option.
Then you have to specify who requested the matter and add the watcher.
Watchers can therefore access these matters and contracts from their client portal page.
