Steps

To add a new Reminder in the Lexzur Mobile application, simply access the side menu by either clicking on the three-dashes button at the top left of the screen or swiping right. 

Then click on the + New Reminder hyperlink.

You need to fill in the 7 mandatory fields:

  • Reminder Type: The type of reminder. It can be hearing reminders, Contract Renewal, Personal, Meeting, etc.
  • Notify me Before: specify when you want to get reminded before the due date.
  • By: You can either be reminded by a pop-up, or a reminder pop-up and an email.
  • Remind on date.
  • User to Remind: The user who will be notified.
  • Summary: Description or more details about the Reminder.
  • You can also indicate if this reminder will be repeated.

To manage your reminders, you need to click on Reminder on the side menu.

From the icons present beside each reminder, you can postpone, dismiss, or delete the reminder.

By clicking on the reminder, you can view its details and make any necessary edits by clicking the pen icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.

    List/View Reminders

Reminders are accessible via the sliding menu on the left of the screen:

Click on Reminder in order to view the List. The List shows the initial of the User to be Reminded (in our case it's the logged in user), Type of Reminder, the Description, Remind On date and the Status of the Reminder.

Also, Reminders can be accessed from the alarm-like shape at the bottom bar of the screen.

    Add a Reminder

The User can add a Reminder using the plus sign in the sliding menu.

Or, from the green quick add plus sign at the bottom of the screen.
If the user is at the homepage, the app will prompt a list of objects to be added:

If the user is at the Reminders list, the Reminder Add form will automatically open after pressing the plus sign.

The user can add a Reminder by using the Plus sign in the bottom of the screen. The below screen will appear.

    Edit a Reminder

Once the user clicks on a Reminder, it will open so that the user can view/edit the details. In case the user just viewed the Reminder, navigation away back to the grid can be done through the back button on the top left of the screen.

    Search for a Reminder

Using the top right Search sign, the system will allow you to insert a text to search for within the list.
