Dans Lexzur, vous pouvez attribuer automatiquement des contrats, des dossiers et des contentieux lorsqu'un utilisateur n'est pas au bureau.
Cette fonction fonctionne uniquement comme une réattribution lors de la création de nouveaux dossiers.

Aucune migration ne sera effectuée vers l'utilisateur alternatif pour les enregistrements existants. Si vous souhaitez migrer, vous devez utiliser la fonction de délégation. |
Accédez à votre profil à partir de l'avatar situé en haut à droite de l'écran.
Dans l'onglet "Hors du bureau" vous pouvez activer la fonction "Hors service"
et sélectionner l'utilisateur alternatif à qui le dossier a été attribué, ainsi que la date de fin d'attribution.
Lorsque cette option est activée, le système empêche les autres utilisateurs d'attribuer du travail à l'utilisateur absent et vous informe qu'il faut l'attribuer à l'utilisateur alternatif.

Steps
In Lexzur, you can Auto-assign Contracts, Matters, and Cases when a user is out of the office. This feature solely works as a re-assignment upon the creation of new records.

No migration will be done to the alternative user for existing records. If you want to migrate, then you should use the Delegation feature. |
Go to your profile from the avatar on the top right of the screen.
From the "Out of Office" tab, you can set the "Out of Office" feature to yes, and select the alternative assignee and the End Date as well.
When enabled, the system prevents other users from assigning work to the absent user and informs you to assign it to the alternative user.
