• Mettre à jour les fichiers de licence.

Etapes

Pour mettre à jour les fichiers de licence, les étapes suivantes sont à respecter :

1. Allez dans Paramètres →  Maintenance du système → Licence.

2. Sur la page Licence,  il existe plusieurs sections. Chaque section correspond à un module de Lexzur. Chaque module dispose de  son fichier de licence correspondant.
3. Chaque section développée comprend, le nom du client, le nombre d'utilisateurs et la date d'expiration de l'accord de support.

4.  Comme indiqué  ci-dessus, les informations affichées sont celles du client,
   Pour commencer la  mise à jour, cliquez sur Parcourir et sélectionnez le fichier de licence correspondant. Par exemple, pour le module Lexzur, utilisez le fichier de licence correspondant à

Steps:

To update the License Files, you must follow the steps below:

Go to System Settings-> System Maintenance-> License.

1. On the License page, you will find different sections. Every section belongs to a module in Lexzur. Every module has its corresponding License file.
Inside every section, when expanded it will show data about the Client Name, Number of Users, and the Support Agreement Expiry date.

2. The information displayed should meet the correct information of the Client as shown in the picture above.
3. To begin the update procedure, click Browse and choose the corresponding License File. For example for the Lexzur module, use the License file that corresponds to Lexzur (App4Legal.isl).
   The same procedure should be done for the Outlook and Client Portal following the same steps using their corresponding license files La même démarche doit être suivie pour Outlook et le portail client en suivant les mêmes étapes et en utilisant les fichiers de licence correspondants (Outlook.isl and et Customerportal.isl).
   
4. Once the correct file is chosen, click "Update License".
The information displayed will be updated as per the License files.
