Etapes

Le vérificateur des conflits vous permet de vérifier s'il existe des conflits d'intérêts avec un contact particulier.

Pour générer un rapport de vérification des conflits, vous pouvez y accéder directement à partir de la page Clients du module Contacts.

Pour ce faire , veuillez sélectionner le contact susceptible d'être  source d'un conflit d'intérêt , qu'il s'agisse d'une personne ou d'une entreprise. Saisissez le nom et lancez la recherche.

Le rapport affiche toutes les connexions de ce contact, qu'il s'agisse d'affaires, de dossiers, d'entreprises ou de toute autre entité connexe.

Qu'il soit client, adversaire,  personne apparentée ou avocat de l'adversaire  dans le cadre d'un litige, le rapport fournit des informations détaillées .

Dans le cas des entreprises, le rapport indique si l'entreprise agit en tant que client, société apparentée ou adversaire, et souligne même si le contact est actionnaire ou membre du conseil d'administration d'une société affiliée.

Steps

The Conflict Check tool allows you to efficiently check for any conflicts of interest with a particular contact.

To generate a conflict check report, you can conveniently access it directly from the Clients page under the Contacts module.

Simply choose the specific contact you wish to assess for conflicts, whether it be an individual or a company. Enter the name and initiate the search.

The report will comprehensively display all the connections this contact holds, encompassing matters, cases, companies, or any other related entities.

Whether the contact serves as a client, opponent, related person, or opponent lawyer within litigation stages, the report provides detailed insights into these associations.

Additionally, for companies, the report includes information on whether the company acts as a client, related company, or opponent, and even highlights if the contact is a shareholder or board member in any affiliated companies.
