• Programmer un événement dans la base de données

Etapes

Avec LEXZUR, vous pouvez programmer  un nouvel événement dans l'onglet Etapes & Activités via le bouton Actions → Ajouter un événement, ou à partir du bouton Ajouter un événement dans la section Evénements.

Vous avez également la possibilité d'ajouter des sous-événements dans la section Événements.

Lorsque vous programmez un nouvel événement,  certains champs sont obligatoires en fonction du type d'événement : 

• Type d'événement
• Objet
• Date 
• Créé par : par défaut, il s'agit de l'utilisateur connecté.

Vous pourrez également programmer  des rappels à cet événement, sélectionner l'utilisateur auquel le rappel doit être affecté, ainsi que la date et l'heure .

Une case permet d'ajouter l'événement au calendrier .

Objectives

• Insert an Event related to the stage in the database

Steps

In LEXZUR, you can add a new event in the Stages & Activities tab via the Actions button → Add Event, or from the Add Event button within the Events section. You also have the option to add sub-events in the Events section.

When adding a new event, you have to fill some mandatory fields depending on the event type: 

• Event type
• Subject
• Date
• Created by: it will take the logged-in user by default.

You will also be able to add reminders to this event, select the user to be reminded, and the remind on date and time.

A checkbox to add the event to the calendar is also available.
