Choose Cases from the sliding menu, then choose Intellectual Property Case List/View all the available Matters in the form of a scrollable list.
The list/view is in the form of Cards. Every Intellectual Property Case has its ID, Category, Initial of the Assignee, Subject, Status and Client.

- The plus sign next to the Cases section in the sliding menu.
The Intellectual Property Case Add form will automatically open.
For look up fields, the mobile app will allow the user to search for Contacts and Companies that already exist in the database ex. Client field.
Edit a Intellectual Property Case

Once the user clicks on a Intellectual Property Case, it will open so that the user can view/edit the details. In case the user just viewed the Case, navigation away back to the grid can be done through the back button on the top left of the screen.

Steps
To add a new Intellectual Property to the App4Legal Mobile application, simply access the Intellectual Property Section in the side menu by either clicking on the three-dashes button at the top left of the screen or swiping right.
From there, select the option labeled "+ Add Intellectual Property" to initiate the process.
Fill out the mandatory fields such as the Rights, Class, Subcategory, name, and subject. And add more details if needed.
Once added, Intellectual Properties will be then listed on a separate page, you can access it from the Side menu by clicking on Intellectual Property
You can easily search for IPs, and open their pages for further modifications.
Click on the IP you want to open its page. From here you can, edit, or add related attachments and create folders.
