Steps

In App4Legal, you can customize fields based on your needs. If there is any additional information you wish to capture and we don't have a field for it available in the companies, contacts, matters, tasks, and contracts, then you can use Custom Fields in the SettingsCustom fields offer a way to include additional information when no predefined fields are available. With custom fields, you have the flexibility to capture and store the specific information that is important to you, even if it's not covered by the standard fields provided in the Contacts, Matters, Contracts, or Tasks pages.

The admin can access the System Settings page from the Settings icon next to the avatar on the top right of the screen.
