Invoice Templates could be configured from the Invoices settings. To do so, Click on Billing→ Advaned→ Settings from the main menu.
The admin will be guided to a page where he will be able to set up money module settings including the Invoices.

Additionally, you can show other information such as Entity Currency, Notes, Description, and so on, manage the tables' order for expenses, time logs, bill items, and services, show the summary of time entries, Invoice summary and add signatures as well as time entries settings.
Finally, from the Footer tab, you can show the page number and add a footer to your template.
