In order to add watchers in Adding watchers to any matter or contract in the client portal , requires the users should clients to belong to the same companyorganization.

Therefore, from the system settings beside the avatar, under the client portal go to Manage users.

first, manage the clients from the "Manage Clients" page within the client portal section in the system settings.

Clients The users in the same company can add each other as a watcher in watchers.

You can now add watchers within your requested matters and contracts from the client portal.

Now, when you log in to the client portal and open a matter, you can set the watchers related to the same company.

Similarly, the legal team can specify the watchers while sharing a matter/contract with the client portal.

Therefore, from the matter/contract page, choose the "Show in Client Portal" option.

Then you have to specify who requested the matter and add the watcher.

Watchers can therefore access these matters and contracts from their client portal page.
