You can do this by going to Settings icon next to the user avatar on the top right in the main menu.
You can access the number of licenses purchased for "Core" and for "Contract" and the number of licenses used.
You will be able to add users through two methods. It can either be added via the Actions button or via the Add User link at the top of the page.

A password can be generated automatically for you by clicking Generate Password, or it can be manually entered.
Using the user group, you can inherit permissions that have been granted to this group.
You can choose what access you want to grant this user by selecting the access type.
The new user will now be added when you click Save.
