In App4legal, you can settle payments on invoices from the money module. First, go to the Money module on the top of the page, then to the Invoices section, click on then click on Invoices --> View All Invoices hyperlink to to be directed to the list of invoices page.
From the actions wheel next to each invoice number, click on Record Payment to record a new payment to the selected invoice.
To record a new payment, you have to fill the necessary fields:

The other fields are optional.
Once you finish, click on Save. The new payment will be automatically added to the Payment Made amount and subtracted from the Balance Due.
