In App4Legal, you can customize fields based on your needs. If there is any additional information you wish to capture and we don't have a field for it available in the companies, contacts, matters, tasks, and contracts, then you can use Custom Fields in the Settings.
The admin can access the System Settings page by heading from the Settings icon next to the avatar on the top right of the screen.
Custom fields can be added from the Companies section, the Contacts Persons section, the Matters section, the Tasks section , and from the Contracts Tasks section.
On the custom fields page, you can add custom fields. You can do so by simply clicking on the "Add Custom Field" hyperlink. You can also edit and delete them.
When adding a new custom field, select the type and enter the name of the custom field. Type can be single text, text, date, list, and so on.
Once you complete the process, these custom fields will appear in the related module for which they were created.
