Procedure

First, click on Money Module, then click on Settings.

Under the Money section, go to Setup & Configuration.

On Setup & Configuration page, click on Money Currency, it will appear currencies existing in your Money Module, where you can Add or Delete and click on Savein the default values you can then choose the list of currencies to be used in the Money Module.
