Enter the page title, the group title, the variable name, the question, the type, the mapped-to field, and if it is required or not.

When setting up the contract's variable you need to set 4 mandatory fields:

• Name: Name of the variable
• Question: The question that will help the user to set the variable in the contract questionnaire
• Type: it could be either System variable or Document Variable
• Mapped-to Field: link the type to one of the fields of the contact's metadata

Repeat the process depending on the contract's pages and the number of input variables and click save.

Once you are done, click on save.
