Procedure

There are 3 ways to contact App4Legal Support Team.

You can login log in if you have user credentials (Username and Password). User Credentials are different from App4Legal.

Enter your email to Sign up and click on "Sign up" 

You will receive an email that your App4Legal Support Account was successfully created.

1. Report a Bug: If you have any issues with the Application 
2. Suggest An improvement: If you have any improvement suggestions
3. Ask a Question: If you have any question questions about App4Legal
4. Reach out Contact Customer Success: If you want to reach out to the Customer Success team

If you click on "Ask a Question" hyperlink, you will be redirected to a page to enter the question, the details that help the team to help you, you can also attach any file or screenshots that might help us then press on the "Create button".

You can follow your requests from the "Requests" button 

You can track request requests by status, by creator, by type, or search for requests.
