Procedure

In App4legal, you can settle payments on invoices from the money module . First go to the Money module on the top of the page, then to the Invoices section, click on View All Invoices hyperlink to be directed to the list of invoices page.

From the settings icon next to each invoice number, click on Record Payment to record a new payment to the selected invoice .Image Added

To record a new payment, you have to fill the necessary fields:

There are four mandatory fields: 

1. Paid On : the date on which the payment was made.
2. Payment method: choose the payment method, for example: Cash, Credit Card...
3. Deposit To: choose the account to deposit this payment.
4. Amount: specify the amount of this payment.

The other fields are optional.

Once you finish, click on Save. The new payment will be automatically added to the Payment Made amount, and subtracted from the Balance Due.
