Procedure
There are 3 ways to contact App4Legal Support Team.
- Through the Support Button on the Footer
- Head to Get Help under the user avatar on the top right.
- Click on the question mark on the main menu.
You can login if you have user credentials (Username and Password). User Credentials are different from App4Legal.
You can sign up for new Support Portal Account.
Enter your email to Sign up and click on "Sign up"
You will receive email that your App4Legal Support Account was successfully created.
There are 4 types of requests:
- Report a Bug: If you have any issues with the Application
- Suggest An improvement: If you have any improvement suggestions
- Ask a Question: If you have any question about App4Legal
- Reach out Customer Success: If you want to reach out to Customer Success team
If you click on "Ask a Question" hyperlink, you will be redirected to a page to enter the question, the details that help the team to help you, you can also attach any file or screenshots that might help us then press on the "Create button".
App4Legal Support Team will receive your request immediately.
After creating your request you will receive an email that your request has been received. Click "View request" to see the status of your request.
You can communicate with App4Legal team by adding your comments in the comment box and attach some additional documents to help App4Legal Support Team to understand your requests.
You can follow your requests from the "Requests" button
You can track request by status, by creator, by type, or search for requests.
