Procedure

To specify the rate per hour for every user in the system, you must go to Money Module → Accountant → Settings.

Under the Money section, select Users Rate Per Hour.

Here you have the list of users in the system, you can click under Rate Per Hour on the level of each user and write the rate, then click on Save.
