    • Create/manage the folder structure and upload documents
    • Link Task(s) to an intellectual property
    • Manage expenses & time Logs related to the intellectual property
    • Link Matter(s) to an intellectual property 

Procedure

In App4Legal, you can easily and efficiently manage your intellectual properties. First, you have to add intellectual properties to your database. You do that quickly from the add button in the main menu.

There are 4 required fields: Intellectual Property Rights, IP Class, IP name, and Subject.

Other fields are optional; however, you can fill out these fields to make it easier to generate reports at a later stage. Optional fields they include Client/Owner, Agent, Registration date, Filling number, and so on. 

Now you have 've added your intellectual property, and you can now manage all the related information.

You can click on the Intellectual property ID or subject to open its page and edit or capture more information. You can capture information regarding the renewals and so on. 

You can also manage the petition and opposition data related to the intellectual property.
