Steps
In LEXZUR, you can now easily draft contracts without the need to download them. To switch to the Draft and Collaborate tab, click on the Contract name or Contract ID.
The next step is to select the document that you would like to draft.
There are several actions you can take, such as editing, sharing, downloading, or printing.
By clicking on the "share" button, you can automatically share the contract document with specific users.
The recipient (people or group) should be added, the message must be entered, and the message should be saved after selecting edit or view mode.

Lexzur provides easy drafting and collaborating on contracts, allowing users to work on documents in real time and easily manage versions.
- Navigate to the Contra from the main menu.
- Open the contract you want to work with by clicking on its Contract ID from the grid.
- Once the contract is open, go to the Draft and Collaborate page.
- This page will open the contract file using either Word for Web or the Lexzur Editor (depending on which tool is enabled). You can collaborate with others in real-time, allowing multiple users to edit, modify, share and add comments simultaneously.
- Once edits are complete, the new version of the contract will be saved and available for review under the Attachments tab.
- From the Attachments dropdown list, you can switch between different files and versions to review changes.
If no attachments are found during the drafting process, an Upload File option will be available, allowing you to upload relevant documents directly to the contract for easier management.
