Steps

You can add Useful links are external links to be directly accessed from the system.

To do this, go to system settings -> Setup & Configuration under System Preferences.

Then, open the Menu External Links. Here, you can enter up to 10 different links. For each custom link specify the title and the URL.

These links will be directly accessible from the More option in the main menu.

that can be added to the Lexzur workspace menu, allowing users to access them directly.

To access these links:

1. Click on the More option in the main menu.
2. Select Useful Links to view the list of available links.

Adding New Useful Links:

1. From the More →  Useful Links menu, click on Add New Useful Link.

2. You’ll be directed to the settings page for useful links.

3. Click next to Custom Link, give it a Title, enter the URL, and save.

Managing and Editing Links:

To manage or edit existing links, navigate to System Settings →  Setup & Configuration

and then go to Menu Useful Links to access and modify the list as needed.
