It serves as a hub a central place for legal teams, clients, and requesters to collaborate seamlessly. Through work together easily. Requesters use the Client Portal , requesters connect to communicate directly with the legal team, sharing relevant data and working together on matters, cases, share important information, and collaborate on cases, matters, and contracts.

Within the Lexzur Client Portal, users fall into two main categories: clients and collaborators

2. Clients

Clients in Lexzur Client Portal encompass both law firm clients and individuals from different business units outside the in-house legal department. They utilize the portal as their primary interface to engage with the legal department.

Clients can submit a wide range of legal requests, including matter reviews, legal advice, litigation cases, various types of contracts or documents, and even send contracts for review.

Additionally, they benefit from secure tracking, allowing them to view updates and attachments related to their requests. Direct communication with the legal teams is also facilitated through the portal.

3. Collaborators

Collaborators, as the name suggests, play a more active role in contract collaboration.

These individuals, whether managers, CEOs, or members of other business units; have specific responsibilities related to contracts. Collaborators can review, modify, approve, negotiate, and even sign contracts directly from the portal.

Unlike clients, who primarily request legal services, collaborators actively engage in contract-related tasks within the Lexzur Client Portal.

Collaborators must have licensed access to perform contract collaboration tasks.

Collaborators have additional capabilities, including the ability to add their own signatures and stamps, initiate contract requests directly from the portal, and utilize out-of-office settings for managing their availability.

Both clients and collaborators have restricted access within the Client Portal. They only see requests directly related to their roles, rather than all requests visible in the main application.

Additionally, client portal users are fully managed by administrators using the main applications.
