Vous pouvez ajouter, modifier ou supprimer un SLA.

adding a new SLA, you have some mandatory fieldsLors de l'ajout d'un nouvel ANS, certains champs sont obligatoires :
- Nom du SLA name: specify the SLA name Workflow: select the workflow you want to apply to this SLA: spécifiez le nom de l'ANS
- Flux de travail : sélectionnez le flux de travail que vous souhaitez appliquer à ce SLA.
This SLA will be applied to any contract type, or you can specify a custom type if needed.

Under the Conditions section, you can specify conditions to determine when to apply this SLA like the priority and the parties.
In the Email Notification for breached SLAs section, you can specify the user that will be notified once the SLA is breached.
To view the SLA elapsed time for a specific contract/document, head to the contract/document and click "Show SLA elapsed time" from the three dots.
This will show you all the cycles done at the level of this particular contract, with all the details, what was the target, the elapsed time, and if Met the target or was Breached.

Dans la section Notification par mail en cas de dépassement d'un SLA, vous pouvez spécifier l'utilisateur qui sera notifié en cas de dépassement du SLA.
Pour afficher le temps écoulé d'un SLA pour un contrat/document spécifique, accédez au contrat/document et cliquez sur « Afficher le temps écoulé du SLA » à partir des trois points.
vous montrera tous les cycles effectués au niveau de ce contrat particulier, avec tous les détails, quel était l'objectif, le temps écoulé, et si l'objectif a été atteint ou s'il n'a pas été réalisé.
