- Ajouter le numéro d'identification fiscale de l'entreprise ou de la personne
- Afficher ce numéro sur les factures et les bordereaux
Etapes
Afin d'afficher le numéro d'identification fiscale sur vos factures, vous devez d'abord définir ces valeurs à partir de la page du contact correspondant.
Ouvrez donc la page Contacts, sous Contacts dans le menu principal, choisissez Personne ou Entreprise, et dans la liste, choisissez le contact que vous voulez et ouvrez sa page en cliquant sur le nom ou l'ID du contact :

In order to show the Tax number in your invoices and bills, you need first to define these values from the corresponding contact's page.
Therefore open the Contacts page, under the Contacts in the main menu, choose either Person or Company, and from the list, choose the contact you want and open their page by clicking on the name or the ID of the contact:

From the Person's page, you can add the Tax number from the General Info tab
Company:
For Companies, the Tax Number is defined under the Entity Management tab
Sur la page de la personne, vous pouvez ajouter le numéro d'identification fiscale à partir de l'onglet Informations générales.
Entreprise :
Pour les entreprises, le numéro d'identification fiscale est défini sous l'onglet Gestion des entités.

Once done, the Tax number will be automatically retrieved when creating a new invoice or bill and after specifying the client's or supplier's account
Une fois cette opération effectuée, le numéro d'identification fiscale sera automatiquement récupéré lors de la création d'une nouvelle facture et après avoir spécifié le compte du client ou du fournisseur.
