Vous pouvez rechercher des contrats à l'aide de filtres rapides tels que l'ID, le nom, le statut, etc. et exporter la liste vers Excel pour faire d'éventuels reportings .

Once the legal team adds you as an approver or signee to this contract, it will appear in the Approval Center and Signature Center respectively.

• Click on the contract ID to open its page (either from the Contracts grid in the portal or from the notification email)
• Review the contract from the Attachments tab.
• To approve a contract go to the Approval Center,  you can start the negotiation, by clicking on the blue icon, this negotiation will be visible to the related users from the contract team.

• Click on the green tick to approve or the red cross to reject the contract along with your comments

• To sign a contract go to the Signature Center, you can sign the contract either with DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or any digital signature based on the workflow defined by the contract team.

Une fois ajouté ,par l'équipe juridique en tant qu'approbateur ou signataire de ce contrat, vous serez visible dans le Centre d'approbation et le Centre de signature.

• Cliquez sur l'identifiant du contrat pour ouvrir la page (soit à partir du tableau des contrats dans le portail, soit à partir du mail de notification).
• Examinez le contrat à partir de l'onglet Pièces jointes.
• Pour approuver un contrat, allez dans le Centre d'approbation, vous pouvez commencer la négociation en cliquant sur l'icône bleue, cette négociation sera visible par les utilisateurs concernés de l'équipe contractuelle.

• Cliquez sur la coche verte pour approuver ou sur la croix rouge pour rejeter le contrat et rédiger vos commentaires

• Pour signer un contrat, allez dans le centre de signature, vous pouvez signer le contrat avec DocuSign, Adobe Sign, ou toute autre signature électronique valide avec le flux de travail défini par l'équipe chargée des contrats.
