To add a new invoice service, you have to fill in the necessary fields.
There are two mandatory fields:
- Service Name: specify the name of the new invoice service in English, French, or Arabic language (In our example English is the default language, and you can modify it from the Setup and Configuration in the Billing settings)
- Related Account: specify the related account.
The other fields are optional:
- Nest Service Under: specify if this service is nested under other services.
- Unit Price
- Tax
- Description: a short hint about the service.
Pour ajouter un nouveau service de facturation, vous devez remplir les champs nécessaires.
Il y a deux champs obligatoires :
1.Nom du service : Précisez le nom du nouveau service de facturation en anglais, français ou arabe .
2.Compte rattaché : spécifiez le compte rattaché.
Les autres champs sont facultatifs :
Service imbriqué sous : spécifier si ce service est imbriqué sous d'autres .
- Prix unitaire
- Taxe
- Description : une brève description du service.
