Steps

Lexzur Messenger is now seamlessly integrated into Lexzur, this innovative feature elevates the way logged-in users interact and collaborate. With Lexzur Messenger, you can engage in instant communication, effortlessly share documents, and efficiently conduct discussions on legal topics, all within a single platform.

First, you need to get the Messenger app. You can find it in the Apps Marketplace.

Click on "Get Now" to install it.

To utilize Lexzur Messenger, follow these steps:

• Locate the Lexzur Messenger icon on the right side of the navigation bar.

• Click on it to initiate a new chat.
• Use the search function to find other users and add them to your contacts.
• Once a user is added, a message window will pop up on your screen, facilitating smoother communication.

• Compose and send messages, and attach any pertinent files as necessary. You can engage in real-time conversations with any system user for swift communication. For example, you can request updates, post comments, or send various types of messages.
• To view all your conversations, select “See All in Messenger”. This will launch a new tab, displaying all your active and past chats.

• Additionally, you can update your status by clicking on your avatar. Indicate whether you’re online, busy, away, etc.
