Objectives:

  • Send tailored forms directly from the Contra module

  • Collect Key Information from external parties
  • Automatically generate contracts based on submitted responses 

Steps:

Lexzur lets you send dynamic questionnaire forms to clients or external parties to collect structured information quickly. These forms are built using your existing contract templates, making it easier to start legal processes or verify client data (e.g., for compliance or KYC).

Why Use Questionnaires?

Questionnaires help you:

  • Gather necessary client details before starting a case or contract.

  • Trigger legal workflows based on submitted data.

  • Collect one-time information—no back-and-forth or interaction required.

How to Send Questionnaire Forms?

Questionnaires are based on your pre-configured contract templates. Make sure you have them ready in Lexzur. Learn more about how to create contract templates in this guide.
  • Open the Contra module, from the main menu

  • Click Create, then select Questionnaire Form.

  • Pick the template (form) you want to send.

  • Add Recipient Details: Search for the client’s name to auto-fill their email from your contacts (or add a new persons on the fly, if not found).

  • Select or Write the Email Content

    • Choose a pre-configured email template (based on your Contra email templates).

    • Or manually type the subject and body of the email.

  • Click Send Form

The client will receives an email with a secure link to fill out the form.

What the Client Sees

  • The recipient clicks the email link (Fill Form) and enters a verification code (sent to their email).

  • The form opens, showing the contract document on one side and input fields on the other.

  • As they fill the form, the document updates in real-time with their answers.

  • Submit the form once completed.

Once submitted:

  • A new contract is automatically generated using the provided data.

  • You’ll find the contract in the All Contracts grid, just like any contract created within the system.
