Objectives:
- Using the Docusign integration with Lexzur to sign Contracts
Steps:
In Lexzur, you can seamlessly integrate with DocuSign to sign contracts.
When a contract is awaiting your signature, you will receive an email notification from DocuSign with a link to review and sign the contract. Follow these steps:
- Open the email and click on Review Document.
- You’ll be directed to DocuSign (no DocuSign account is needed for signing).
- The contract will open, guiding you through the signing process step by step. Click Continue then Start.
- Complete all required fields such as name, signature, and initials.
- Once finished, click Finish. (You also have options to save and finish later or decline the signature if needed.)
If you are a Lexzur user:
- Open the Contracts Awaiting Your Signature grid in the system.
- From this page, you can take direct actions such as previewing, signing, or rejecting contracts.
- Alternatively, open the specific contract page, navigate to the Signature Center, and complete the signing process via DocuSign in the same way.
After signing, the contract status will update in Lexzur, and the next signee will receive an email notification to sign.
Once all signatures are complete, the signed contract will be available in the Attachments tab of the contract page,
and relevant stakeholders will be notified via email.
