Objectives:
- Show/Hide Contract Templates from the Client Portal
Steps:
Contract templates can be made visible in the Client Portal, allowing requesters to draft contracts directly from a template.
Follow the steps below to manage the visibility of contract templates:
Navigate to System Settings
Go to System Settings → Contracts & Documents → Templates.
- Manage Template Visibility
Each template will have quick actions displayed. Look for the eye icon next to each template. The eye icon indicates whether the template is visible or hidden in the Client Portal.
If the eye icon is crossed out, this means the template is hidden.
Click on the eye icon to toggle visibility, either showing or hiding the template in the portal.

Templates in the Client Portal
Once visible, the contract templates will appear in the Client Portal under one of two categories:
- Default Category: Templates will show under "Draft Contract/Document from Template."
- Request Type Category: If the template is grouped under a request type, it will appear in that specific category.
